Since I don't have an account with this bank,they made me wait an hour to verify a check. When I asked questions on why it took so long the supervisor Mica wouldn't even respond to me. The bank manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me nor would she give me a card with he'd name on it. Once the check was cashed the teller Jessica rudly pushed the envelope to me. I missed my appointment for my Lupus. I didn't have money to put gas in my car until the check was cashed. Be careful how you treat people. You never know what they are going through!
