If I could rate this place a 0, I would. Scheduled an appointment for a sew in on my daughter, it looked terrible. I scheduled a sew in for myself with a different stylist, paid a required deposit & everything was confirmed by the receptionist. I put the appointment in my calendar. When I came in the scheduled day, I was told the appointment was the day before & I forfeited the deposit. I asked to speak to the owner & the receptionist said she was out of town & wouldn't be back for 2 days. I asked her how they could keep the deposit if it was no fault of my own. She replied, "Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done". This place is unprofessional, unorganized, and the staff is rude. I wouldn't recommend them or ever go back.
I scheduled an appointment for 1pm to get a wash and style. When I entered into the business there was no one at the front desk to greet/assist me. So I waited in the front for 5mins and decided to walk to the back to see if anyone would assist me. A stylist finally came to the front to help me. I had to wait an additional 45mins before I sat in a stylist chair. Didn't like my style at all. Won't go back or recommend anyone to this place.
I was given a gift card for local salons in the area. I found the Florissant location. I called and was given an appt time. I show up on time and was taken back for my mani/pedi. During my mani the technician was pulled away to perform a massage on another customer. Another tech comes in to finish my mani. I noticed the time and realized that I've been here for an hour. Now I'm waiting for my pedi. Yet another tech has been assigned to work on my hands. She did a horrible job. Needless to say - I'll never go back. I did complain at the front desk and she simply ignored me.
The staff is AWESOME, service is EXCELLENT!!!!! Prices are AFFORDABLE!!!!!! I highly recommend this shop!
I've been here many times and they actually do pretty good sew ins.
