Picked up at my location as requested, driven back to rental location and received a two car upgrade. Car was very neat, clean, and all controls functioning as is proper. Return of car to location was trouble free with final rental statement email to me as requested. This is how a rental program should operate.
I appreciate the pick up service. Comes in handy for car breakdowns. Agents are anxious to clean car's for next customer. Only problem is...every car I have rented has FILTHY interior glass that makes nighttime driving scary. So dirty even the defrosters don't clear it distorting visibility.
Being a one-car family can be tough at times. But we're not really "one car", we have a whole fleet of cars waiting to come to us when needed. I call Enterprise "our second car". In the ten years we've been renting from them I've never had a reason to complain.
Not good. The lady received three phone calls while taking care of us. After we left and drove for over 1/2 hour i called the office to informed them that the car had problems (tired were making noice and car was shaken). The lady insinuated that I was lying because the car just came out from doves shop I asked if I could bring back the car and exchange for another one. She informed that I could not because they do not have another car. They have people waiting to rent car with previous reservations. I asked to talk to the manager. When he came to the phone I informed the problem and he advised me to call road service. I called road service and they ask me to go to the airport to exchange for another car. Airport office was outstanding, friendly and accurate. Within 20 minutes of my arrival I was leaving with another car. Florissant office sucks. This is my second bad experience in the Florissant location
Very nice and helpful staff. They made my rental experience very pleasant. I will be renting from this location again.
