The building may be big, but the congregation is small. What the congregation lacks in size though, it makes up in heart. This is a congregation that cares, not only about its members, but also about its local community. The Kulture is possible in many ways because of Salem's desire to reach out to its local community.
Some may have a bit of confusion about how to access/get to the church. The church's address is Pohlman Rd, but it faces New Hall's Ferry Rd. There are two parking lots, a lower one accessible by Pohlman Rd. and an upper parking lot accessible by New Halls Ferry Rd.

Our family are members of Salem and we love the church. We've been members for nearly eight years now. Our family has grown since we've been members and the church itself has become family to us as well.
The upper and lower main entrances all have handicap accessible doors with push buttons to open them. However, if you are handicap and are looking to attend services you will want to park in the upper parking lot as there is no elevator.
If you decide to park at the lower parking lot and are coming from New Halls Ferry Rd, turn at the light onto Pohlman Rd. Turn into the lot at the last entrance. There's plenty of parking, with several spaces reserved for handicap persons. Individuals can also pull up closer to the church beside it.

To park in the upper parking lot, if heading South on New Halls Ferry, turn into the parking lot immediately following the light at Pohlman Rd. If heading North on New Halls Ferry, get into the median turn lane by the Midas auto repair shop. There is a concrete median leading up to the light at Pohlman and New Halls, but if you get into the turn lane median before the concrete curb median, you can turn left into the upper parking lot. There are a number of handicap accessible spaces close to the main entrance and the sanctuary is immediately near the main entrance.
