Customer service was okay, but it's a bit disappointing when I rented a $230 suit, was told everything was good to go (it was for someone else's wedding, I had no idea what should've been included) and when I go to get ready things are missing. "Sorry, about that, those should've been in there." Also, equipped us with an incredibly uncomfortable shoe. Guy helping me when I returned it said "yeah, I've worn those, not very good." Why on earth would you offer that product then? Our wedding party had several other problems as well.
We rented 7 suits from Mens Warehouse, 3 of the guys were fitted in Florissant, MO branch and the other 4 were fitted in the KC Zona Rosa branch. The 4 that were fitted in KC had no issues. However, all 3 that were fitted in Florissant had outrageously wrong sizes for everything. My dad and brother who are respectively 250lbs and 160lbs received the same size shirt. That's after my husband and my brother went down the weekend before to get refitted as well! No one changed weights between fittings, and luckily we went in 3 days early so they were able to reorder the suits before the wedding, but if we had trusted them and picked up the suits the day before or day of- we wouldn't have had suits. Also as mentioned in other reviews the pointy shoes are VERY uncomfortable according the men who rented.
The service that my son received from Alicia was HORRIFIC to say the least. My son and I waited very patiently over a half hour after waiting patiently Alicia acted as if we were NOT waiting and, invited the group behind us to be seated for service. At that time her Co Worker reminded her that, it was our turn. She was EXTREMELY RUDE, she rolled her HEAD and EYES as we approached her. She was very argumentative with her Co Worker, extremely unprofessional as she made snide remarks against her co workers! Today, my son went to retrieve his tuxedo and, wouldn't you know, the DOGGONE pants DONT FIT! These measurements were the ones taken by ALICIA! Vet humiliating experience, I will never go to this store again! Alicia should probably be selling goods " on the street" with her level of professionalism! I will not go back and, I encourage all reading this to stay the heck away from Alicia, she's the worst salesperson I've encountered!
I love their clothes their style and the customer service great place if you want to be cleaner than the Board of Health. Lo
TL;DR Suits were all good, service was ok, but hassle of fixing all the wrong sizes was a headache.
You get one on one service, they're friendly & offer good fashion advice.
