Tom Swain at the O'Fallon location was fantastic with the bedding recommendations. The sales was fluid and never pushy! I purchased a Sealy mattress because mine was on its last mile. I would definitely recommend Ashley Home Furniture.
Sydney and Angelo went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and to select the right financing option. It was a wonderful experience and the next piece of furniture I purchase will also be with them I'm hoping really soon! They had so many nice items for great prices, I felt like a kid in a candy store. Thanks Florissant team!
I thought everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The selection had a lot of variety for most items of furniture. (I was not buying a bed at the time, but all of the beds looked very big. There were few smaller options for smaller rooms.) I was needing living room furniture and there was a lot of variety at different price levels. The personnel was very pleasant and approachable. No one was pushy. I did find it odd that although I was paying with my credit card and not taking out credit with them, they made a copy of my id. I did ask for the copy to be shredded and they did so.

I went to this store only to browse when the sales rep, Tom, approached me and asked if he could assist me. I told him what I was looking for. He began to show me around the store. He was very kind, patient, and personable. He did not try to rush my decision at all. I informed him that I liked the item I was looking to buy, however, I told him I wanted to look elsewhere before making my decision. He thanked me for being honest and he asked, "what could he do to make me happy with staying with Ashley Furniture Store." I told him. In the background was the Manager (forgot his name) who overheard my conversation with Tom. They both approached me and we reached an agreement. I purchased the item. I was in that store about 2 hours just talking with Tom, he was just fantastic and the kind of person you would want assisting you in your purchase. In all, my purchase experience with him and the Manager was great, no pressure.
The only thing I didn't like was the 6 week delay in getting my purchase delivered, but I can live with it. Still a great store to shop for your furniture needs.
