One of my favorite places.. the SERVICE... You know I'm a nut for the service...bcz that'll make the difference every time! I found my nail salon...a bit pricy tho.. so be prepared... not one of your typical dingy whateva you like joints... extremely professional, CLEAN... and not rude like ones you're use to. Check em out.
Very clean they have overall good service the only person there who has a terrible attitude is MiMi I can't deal with her at all I have seen her do is be rude to other people! She is very unprofessional!!! It is very convenient for me and I love there pedicures my fullset is always on point as well as my eyebrows I would say give it a try be very clear on the service u want!
I've been there 2x and was satisfied. The third time, I was waiting about 45 min and it was very crowded Saturday morning so I anticipated the long wait so while I waited, I went and grabbed the gel nail color wheel. I had the wheel in my hand for not even 5 min and a group of Caucasian women entered (I'm black) and the shop seemed to just have a dire need to cater to them. About 5 of them came in together and they mentioned that they booked an appt. They were asked about color and the lady mentioned she wanted gel. The tech walks over to me and attempts to snatch the wheels from my hand. I'm like what's the deal with this. She then tries to say that the color wheels both had the same colors on them. That is a lie for one. Then while the 6 or so had been waiting for hours (me 45 min as I was last) the tech jump to get them in to a chair. Not once did they mention to those of us waiting that we would be sitting there for 2-3hrs before getting seen. Most nail shops wouldn't even take appts on a Saturday, especially a group of 5 when u have 7 people waiting. Never again.....
They charge double what every other salon in Florissant charges. My ten year old daughter and I got manicure/pedicures with gel polish on nails and regular polish on toes. The staff never cracked a smile or talked to my daughter and charged $54 for mine and $45 dollars for hers. That’s $99 to have our nails painted. The pedicure was mediocre at best. When I questioned their high prices, they even had the nerve to tell me it was because of their exceptional service. It is anything but exceptional.
I went here for the first time last Friday. I had to wait approximately 35 minutes (which isn’t bad at all) before I was seen. The older gentleman who did my nails did a very good job, except when he polished my nails he didn’t put the polish all the way to my cuticle area. It already looks like I need a fill and I’ve only had them done for 5 days. Other than that the service was great, everyone was nice, and everything was clean and from what I could tell sanitary. As for the pricing I was charged $35 for a full set w/ gel polish. All in all I will go back and I would recommend this salon to my friends.
