The first time they lost my results and I couldn't understand how they can lose someone personal information. However, both times that I went everyone was very respectful. As well as fun and energized, they match my attitude that I brought into the building. So my experience was great besides that one problem.
All that being said, the staff was all very friendly.
Rude people. We JUST moved to MO and were treated poorly because we dont have a job immediately. We JUST moved from VA, just moved! We have enough money to not work for a WHILE and live comfortably and I was treated like a homeless person. The worse part was I sure didn't look like it! They treated another lady and her young child poorly as well. Never come here! These 2 women NEED to be let go!
They will charge you hundreds of dollars to be seen for just 10 minutes. Very rushed and uninformative. I walked out still barely knowing whats going on and I had just spent my last dollars. Now I have to try and find another doctor who can help me. Your better off going to urgent care if you need to be tested for anything. Don't go to planned parenthood
Also expect to wait at least half an hour before they start your pre-appointment check. I never got into a room less than forty minutes after my appointment time.
Made an appointment during after hours via operator line and they NEVER asked what's wrong with me, but had me per in a cup. I have a UTI and just need meds.
The ppl are nice. I called to see if I need to make an appointment for updating info for birth control. The call center told me no but when I got there they apologized for the misinformation and still got me in. Very friendly and helpful. I've used PPH for about 7 years now with my anthem insurance I've never had any issues.
It took three months to get my birth control because they wouldn't give me updates or return my calls. I had to harass the poor call center to get any response from this location.
I went there twice in the last two weeks.
ETA: And they lost my follow up appointment! I've never had these problems with other locations.
I even had problems trying to get a different form of birth control. I had to reschedule my first appointment because they absolutely refuse to see you if you have a child with you. (My six month old isn't going to hinder my ability to answer some questions. I didn't need an exam or anything. The fact that I don't have anyone to watch him is precisely the reason I need birth control in the first place!) Then they cancelled my rescheduled (second) appointment without my permission!
