I learned many valuable lessons in my years working with dad. I started wrapping packages when I was seven years old...he always made me call it "gift wrapping" cause wrapping is what the butcher does.
Went to DH Jewelers to get a battery for my father's watch. Not only did the sales lady replace it but she was kind enough to come out to my vehicle and place watch on my father's wrist properly after removing a link in the band. Great personal service and one of the best Jewelers in the St. Louis metropolitan region.
Seem to be nice people. Lost a spring bar on my watch. For some reason the watch guy couldn't figure out the band. He gave me a couple of spring bars and basically said good luck. Took the watch home and my wife had the band installed in 5 minutes. This is a Seiko automatic divers watch that I purchased new in 1979. Every 20 years or so I have it serviced. Hefener's had a shot. I had Terry Biegert in Collinsville Illinois do the service 3 weeks ago and the watch runs fantastic.
