Today (Thursday June 16th) we came to the laundromat to dry 3 loads of laundry at about 810pm first they told me they were closed then when I pointed out they didn't close til 9pm they ok'd me drying 3 loads of laundry. It did run over 10min but there was 8 other people also in there as well as me. The Chinese male owner of the company came up to my 6 yr old son who was only trying to help by closing all of the doors to the washers and proceeded to get in his face an scream at him to stop. Not talk sternly not yell he got in my 6yr olds brace and screamed at him. Told him he was a nuisance. My son wasn't slamming them and again he was only trying to help. This would be after he spent about $10 playing the games in this establishment. Then when I proceeded to approach him bc of the way he made my son hysterical bc again he wasn't doing anything wrong he was just trying to help and he kept telling the guy while balling his eyes out that he was hurting his feelings and the guy proceeded to yell at him then turned his sites on me. Telling me I could fold my clothes at home and maybe I should get a dryer of my own... FYI my dryer went out a few days ago and this is one of the first times I've gone to the laundromat in which is 4 doors down from my work in which they order food from almost daily! If this man had a problem with my son he should have approached me first not gone straight after my son. Then we took our stuff and went to our car which just so happen to be parked right next to his and when he came out he pointed at me the entire way then got in his car. I would advise anyone against going to this place ever again. They do not appreciate anyone business. Because after he was done yelling and me and my son he proceeded to go after the other customers the same way!
The place is very filthy
He came back again stating he dame staement. I packed up my belongs. Some are still wet. I did ask for some of my money back. They declined.
July 9, 2017, was my first and last visit to this establishment. I began my wash at 6:30 pm. Things were calm until 7:49 pm. I was informed at that time that I needed to wrap up my laundry to leave within 10 minutes. I was told by the male attendant that he had prior plans to go to a friend's home. My clothes were in the dryer. I stated at him and asked him to repeat himself. He did so. I asked him what did he suppose I do with my wet clothes that I still had ample dry time that I paid for. He explained that Schnucks and Dierbergs times they closed down certain areas. I tokd I'm not buying ham and turkey so what does this have to do with anything. He began to speak to female attendant in their native tongue. She came around and start spraying bug spray near the area in which I was nearby.
