Would give negative stars if able. HORRIBLE business! My wife purchased a case of beer and after opening one beer it was obvious it was old. After checking, the package showed it was almost 7 months old! Less than half an hour later she takes it back asking to return or at least exchange it and is told the same story that they can't take it back. Cashier calls manager who proceeds to tell my wife she can "go f**k herself" Don't know about you but I will not be frequenting any business where expired products are sold and the business owner blatantly insults his own customers for calling out his bad business practices!
I purchased Rose’s Sweet Lime Juice here on 11/14/17 and later determined it expired in March 2017. I took it back hoping to to get a refund, but was given 1001 excuses why it wasn’t his problem. He told me to talk to the sales lady (?), but refused to give me a phone number or name to contact her. NEVER, I repeat, NEVER patronize this sorry liquor store.
DO NOT PATRONIZE! While paying, the cashier would not let me use my bank card as credit. He INSISTED I put in my pin.number. Ummm...no. I removed the card and paid cash instead. Got in the car and thought the bill sounded large so looking at the receipt, realized I paid $52 for 750ml of Patron. That's outrageous! Went back in to return it and the dude claimed he couldn't accept the return because of the Missouri state law that prohibits the return of alcohol. It was still in the bag, unopened. Just looked it up...no such law. Complete b.s.!!
