The inspector, supervisor, and director seem too busy to respond to phone messages ... no matter the level of patience and kindness shown by a 55+ year resident of the community. The end result is a consistent lack of communication and time wasted for those seeking assistance. Why are we paying these people? Clearly, changes are desperately needed for this community!
