Quality Inn St Louis,

This place was well worth the money I paid!! Nice and clean with absolutely no bugs! Very comfortable bedding. (LOVE the pillows) Warm breakfast! If I could bring this good of value with me every time I travel, I'd be pleased!

I would like to specifically give recognition to the manager on duty during our check in. At least I believe it was the manager. Regardless she went above and beyond to get the exact room I needed due to severe insomnia. She worked a long time to find a room that was quiet. And I would like to say it was very quiet! She and the entire staff were very friendly. Each and every one would greet meet each time they saw me. The man who handles the breakfast room was on top of it. He made sure everything was going smoothly. Overall a fantastic experience!

So far not so good. I couldn't get in the front doors to check in, the night clerk was........idk how to explain him?? I have a pick-up truck and the parking spaces are kinda small but the room is very nice, seems to be clean. I like the furniture better than the way the other rooms are set up. We'll see, ask again later.

Our stay at Quality Inn was a very good value. The room was clean and the service was adequate. The beds were quite firm, which is not our preference, and the pillows were wimpy. The fresh waffles and apple cinnamon waffles were delicious (though the reheated eggs and sausage were not so great). I would stay here again, but I would bring my own pillow.

The reason for my stay was I was in town working overnights so I was sleeping during the day. Unfortunately my hotel reservation was screwed up so starting just a little before check out even though I had the please do not disturb sign on my door the housekeeping staff started beating on the door two or three different times then I was called and woke up by the front desk at 1 min past checkout. 45 minutes later after packing my room up I got the situation fixed by the person at the desk just charging the card on file for another night which is what should have happened when I didn't show up for check out instead of waking me up when I had to work the next night also. Then service was poor at checkout the phone was ringing at the desk with nobody answering it then the only thing said to me was thank you when my receipt was handed to me because the person had their earbuds in and was on the phone with a gentleman on the other line because I could hear him clearly too. Room was cozy along with a real comfortable bed.
