Food is good but service is a little lacking. They have messed up my order the last two times I went.
Eat here often, and they are always good, more expensive than normal burher spots, but the burgers are worth it. The cajun fries are also very good if you dont mind a tad bit of heat.
Ordered a burger only. It was well cooked with all trimmings. Will be back again.
Burgers aren't bad as burgers go, and the fries could stand a two stage cooking process so they'd be crispy, but my comments are reserved for the male I concluded was the manager/franchise owner. When asked if there was a printed menu my vision impaired wife could hold he was dismissive of her problem and demanded she use her phone to view his menu at the Five Guys website. I wanted to leave, but SWMBO wanted a burger so we got a burgers. Last burgers from Five Guys, though. Not because they're overpriced (which they are) or the fries are grease laden strips of starch (which they are) but because the person in charge has no empathy for his customers. He should stay in the back and count his pinched pennies.
Huge fan of Five Guys. I have been to this location multiple times. The food is always good and hot. The service is great. However, there are times when this location can be a little dirty. While it may be expected to clean up a table on a busy day or find a little grease on the floor (it is fast food), there have been times where the floor could use a good cleaning. All-in-all, I will be back.
