Showed up at 3pm...doors closed. Yes, the items I dropped off were his clothes for homecoming. Owner declined to accept responsibility for the problem that occurred on his end with his employee. Will NEVER use them again nor EVER recommend their services to anyone. It's very unfortunate because I feel this company has done something right to stay in business for so long, but to not take care of the mistake that took place on their end could end up costing them in the long run. I doubt anyone I know of would like to be 'stuck' without their outfit for a school dance or other important event. Thank goodness it was only Homecoming and not a Wedding. Notifying BBB next. Hopefully this situation can be avoided in the future.

Learned a very valuable lesson this past weekend. When dropping off clothes to be pressed by a dry cleaner, especially CHISM'S, I should have had the attendant not only write the day of pick-up, but the time of pick-up as well. I was told to pick-up my items 'Anytime after 3pm' on Sat, Sept., 28th, '13. My response was... "I will be here at exactly 3pm, my son and his group of friends will be taking pictures for homecoming". The lady, Norma, I believe her name is, nodded and said 'Fine'.
Destroyed one of my blouses even admitted they ruined the sleeve and were unable to fix it. $20.00 blouse she gave me $8 bucks for it will never use this dry cleaner again.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever received. Avoid bringing anything of value here because they do not stand behind their work. My family and I have been customers there for years and now we will all be taking our business elsewhere. They ruined a $100+ pair of dress pants by spilling ink all over the legs and offered $40 as a way to refund. When speaking to the owner (I had to get his number (!) after 4 weeks of no communication from the business), he provided no empathy for the situation and told me my pants (worn 5 times at most) held no value. He kept talking to me about entering small courts for some odd reason, even though those words were never even mentioned by me. It is peculiar he would rather prefer to pay for court instead of simply reimbursing a loyal customer for something they claimed responsibility for. A reputable business owner would have just reimbursed the ruined pants and that would have been the end of it. Not the owner, AJ Patel. He would rather lost business from multiple people in the future. Simply the most pathetic display of customer service I have ever been a part of or even heard of.
When Mr. and Mrs. Chism ran this place it was the best in the city. The best. Now it's the worst. The quality of work they do there is absolutely deplorable. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me.
