this department is rude. I recently filled a police report for identity theft. I called to check the status of the report so I could send it to the credit reporting agencies. Well when I called I didn't have the police report number on me. When I told this to the lady on the phone she said oh Jesus Christ. That was unacceptable and uncalled for. If you are unhappy dealing with the public quit. No one is forcing you to be there.
Avoid them at all costs especially if you happen to be African American. Called them when my kids were assaulted. They essentially Raided my house on a fishing trip looking for drugs. Conducted an illegal search. Harassed my entire family. Never ever ever ever call them. They will never help you so all you risk is harassment. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pure Scumbags.
$85 dollar ticket for parking in front of my own house but in the wrong direction. What a waste of time. Whenever I call them to help me though they take their sweet time and don't solve anything.
