David delivers Superior service! I took my bike in to have a child safety seat put on it and sadly discovered that it did not have the mounting bolts attached to do so. I returned the bike to the store I originally purchased it from. Before I left I took a picture of what I needed to be looking for when I went out to purchase a new one and I think he picked up on my uncertainty and offered me his cell phone # to send him pics of any bikes that I was interested in so that he could let me know if was correct BEFORE I spent my money. The shop had already closed yet he still made himself available for hours after by phone. Customer service says a lot! I may be a lifetime customer :)
