The crew was awesome. Fast and friendly service.
Went back today after being assured by the owner that what happened last time will not happen again, and I went and was very happy with the service no waiting 20 minutes like last time to be served and was served right away got my love it Oreo overload and was out the door in five minutes it was delicious and i will return. They have restored my faith for now.
I always enjoy this place. However, disappointed about employees coming straight from the cash register to prepare the ice cream without washing their hands or using gloves. I would rate higher, but this is a big deal to me.
What do i have to do to get served at this place. I went in for a oreo overload very very delicious by the way, and was looking forward to it but only one problem i ended up standing in line for almost 20 min at 2:30 in afternoon, the people in front of me were there even longer because they were standing there when i came in so no telling how long they were there, the one black employee is working his butt off, while the other employee is just walking around behind the counter making cones by the way they had plenty of cones already made, so why are you making cones instead of helping your full line of people. I got pissed off left the line and slammed the door on the way out for wasting 20 min of my life in this dump, then went to Doozles and got served right away either management needs to change their customer service policy or I wont be coming back.
Bre was awesome. Friendly and fast. I love this place.
