Ooops....I was wrong.
Knowing that any potential issue would be handled with such disregard, it would be irresponsible and unsafe to continue using this wash.
Their app also has games that you can get free stuff from as well.
The entrance and exit leave much to be desired and the vacuum area could do with better in and out options, but if you're able to maneuver Lindbergh it's no big deal.
It's a pretty good car wash if your car doesn't need washed I have never let my car get very dirty buy the monthly membership for around 28 $29 and that makes it a good deal I'm glad they're there
Ppl if u really care about your car just stick to washing it yourself but if your cars body isn't that important then go for it.
Love this car wash and my membership! Have never been treated rude. I have to say I have gone a few times and it is closed. I assume there must be some times where a repair is needed.
This place has good options on different washes as well as subscriptions that are totally worth signing up for.
Great car wash with free vacuums.
I got the $14 wash which I think was premium. I usually hand wash my car but it's been stupid hot so I decided to try plus the vacuum is free but pretty weak suction. When whipping my car dry afterwards I notice scratches on my left back door which I know for sure wasn't there. I always hand wash my car 1-2 weeks apart so I would've noticed. It don't get much if the bugs that end up on your front bumper. I also wax my car to prevent water spots but a few days later it rained and I had water marks on every part of my car. I guess whatever soap this wash uses took the wax off. I knew there was a chance this would happen so I should've stuck with my usual hand washing.
After being involved in one of two separate, simultaneous, two-car accidents while in the wash that landed me in the hospital and being treated like garbage by the manager (who wouldn't give us any information and has still not escalated my concern further than himself), I have realized that it's just not worth taking another chance at this location.
Overall, favorite car wash hands down.
Effecient car wash. Quick and did a good job. Free vacuum was nice. But is kind of expensive.
