last 3 times I have used this facility, there was soap left on the car. Amazing part is that there was more dirt left on the car than soap.
Needed to go to a touchless car wash. The $9 wash is the best one, it does EVERYTHING. I was very satisfied! And it takes visa check cards!
I paid $9 for the soft cloth wash; it covered my car with soap, and then turned the dryer on. It was Sunday, no one there. I pulled around and paid another $9 for the touchless wash. When I try to call them to get a refund, the phone is answered "Totally Tan".
If I could give them a zero I would. Paid for a car wash that I didn't get. The bay was not working. It sprayed water on my car and then stopped. I waited about 3 to 5 mins and it never started up. They stole my money.
To top it off, sales machine was not displaying and buttons where not working. Somehow I managed to get the a button to work on the 10th or so attempt. Save your money, find another wash.
Worst company. It's impossible to reach anyone. Their sign always says ATTENDANT ON DUTY. That's a litteral joke. That being said I did find someone there aervicng the car wash aftet stoping by more then a dozen times. They gave me a voucher for a free wash for a precious issue. The machines don't take the vouchers, so it's of no value. If anyone knows how to reach these ass-clowns please post on here! Thanks!
