Let me first say that normally I shop at schnucks exclusively and have for decades. But this morning at the Grandview store at 4:50 am I was shopping early because of appointments I had. When I entered the store with my reusable bag, the security guard told me that I couldn't bring my bag into the store. I even opened it to show him that it was empty. I asked if he was sure about that and he laughed and said yes. I then had to drive to the Halls Ferry and Lindbergh store to do my shopping. I don't think I'll be shopping at this store in the future.
Schnucks has improved since their warehousing issues. And their employees are. Always helpful.
Good produce and salad bar, but the meats are a little pricey. The store is neat, clean, and well stocked. This local grocer does a good job, also delivers, and provides good customer service.
Poor service. You are always delayed at check out. Plenty of check out lanes , only two or less open.
Good.. the store if well-stocked clean and for the most part people are pleasant it is usually quick going through the checkout lane the bathroom is clean the experience was good
