The customer service was great. However, the appearance of the store was very poor. The floors in many isles were extremely dirty, including the check-out lane that I used. I used the restroom and it looked worst than some restrooms at a gas station. The floors and toilets were disgusting. This used to be my favorite Schnucks location, but I no longer live in the area, so I don't shop here that often. I happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to do a little shopping. I was very disappointed. PLEASE CLEAN THIS STORE.
It is always a great experience shopping there.
Lot of shelves needed to be stocked. Egg frig, yogurt frig, cheese frig. entre freezer, soda shelves all had evident areas. Handicap electric carts (4) needed charging. I plugged them in myself! Not a good day.
Nice friendly people but store could use some cleaning. Good selection of products.
I only went to pay a bill...as i told the lady my name she was rude telling me she no how to spell my name (which she didn't) an told me everything she cudnt do for me in not wat she cud...i usually always go there but not so much now bc everybody is moody in seem to hate there job...ill take the extra time in go out of my way to the schnucks in Hazelwood next time✌
