Need extra meds just for having to deal with these people.
I am so grateful for this clinic! I received excellant prenatal/postnatal care by Dr. January & staff. Dr. January is a great listener & spends extra time explaining things to you. Nurse Ann always called me back when I had questions or concerns during my pregnancy. The medical assistant always made me laugh, when I was going threw the " pregnancy blues"!Lol. Some of the front desk staff was rude in the beginning, but i think since May it has gotten better. Overall I had an outstanding experience & would recommend it
I brought my daughter to this location last year and its very quiet and wait time wasnt long thanks
Had a doctor appt at the West Florissant location- was told meds were being "transferred" to delmar pharmacy. Before I left, I confirmed same with my doctor and the lady at the window. When I reached the delmar location, the pharmacy stated they did not see my meds in the computer. Now i am being treated like the whole thing is not a bid deal and i"m being crazy simply because i am tired of the ill treatment and can no longer tolerate their BS and become angry.. In a nutshell, getting prescriptions refilled to completion is like an act of congress-
They are supposed to help people not make them more sick. I have always been treated decently by the doctors and their assistants, but everyone needs MASSIVE improvements.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Worst place I’ve ever taken my kids to for care. They give you appointments then pick other people to go ahead of you during your scheduled time. They sit behind the glass laughing and talking loud ignoring the patients in the waiting room. They have personal conversations on the phone while they check you in. This place is just horrible I have videos of all of this going on and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau
Every time I come here I have to wait hours to be seen for something that only takes 5 minutes to do. The staff isn't friendly and when you ask them questions they all sound very uneducated and rude. One person will point you in one direction and when you get there the that person will point you in the direction you just came from. No one knows where to go and I find that quite weird when you should know all departments other than just your own. When you try to make an appointment over the phone the phone rings over and over and you have to hang up and keep calling back. When someone finally answer the phone they don't sound very pleasant at all and in person they don't make any eye contact. In woman's health I feel like having to take a urine sample every time you come in and leaving it on a counter in a bin is unsanitary and unnecessary (just my opinion). This place is horrible and unfortunately those that don't have insurance have to come here and waste their day waiting to be seen by a doctor who's been on lunch for what seems like 2 hours. This place needs to be under new management and needs all new staff.
