Took my grandma to get her blood drawn and they had us in and out quick! And the lady drawing her blood was very nice
11.2017 I am so looking for a new primary doctor now. Why has leaving a message or trying to get your own infornation in order to participate in your own healthcare become so cumbersome? I hate calling. I hate having to come. I MUST find a new doctor. She is actually great (its a different doctor than Dr. Du-I won't ever in my life call her office except to get my records transferred), but getting in is ALWAYS, ALWAYS a hassle, getting test scheduled is horrific especially if you are trying to go to a facility that is more convenient for you. Don't even think trying to follow up with your doctor or talk to them-that's not every possible. Even though they are a part of the same company, they don't put it where the departments can view it. Then you call Barnes to schedule. Your doctor has to fax over on the order form on their letter head...so you wait until they fac them the form, then the doctor faxes it back -people could die. Its CRAZY. So meanwhile, I can't breath and my heart as my doctor put it is not pumping properly, but you just have them fax it to us. The whole entire network is a Crock from my experience . I hate to leave because my primary is such a grear doctor, but I hate that she is a part of this big practice. I remember when she was across the street and it was just her and 3 other physicians. You alwayd felt welcomed. Staff promptly returned your calls and tried to get answers. You didn't wait on hold forever. I am going to miss my primary , but I gotta be able to feel like I am getting timely, accurate information as well as not have a process that makes you feel like you just spent 2 hours at work. So I gave it time, tried to find out what was causing all of my medical issues/conditions and I feel like its still August and even though I took a bunch of test, I still gotta more hoops to jump through and get more test done which I can't get scheduled because oh yeah-Northwest and Big Barnes as they call don't partner with each-you, the patient have to so all the leg work...
BEWARE IF YOU GO TO THIS HOSPITAL THE WILL TRY TO LABEL YOU WITH A MENTAL ISSUE..... (not ok)
This is The BEST hospital north county has. Dr. Nieto was great in the ER. From the front door to the register lady was awesome. But sweet Mrs.Marlene my nurse made me feel better from the moment she got busy on me. I can and will thank them with a special donation.
Quick fast and on a hurry... Don't go here if your problems are serious.. And don't go here if you need a band aid either.. Don't waste your money
8.2017 Don't forget I could have died! !! If you want to get information regarding why you are in pain. Don't ever go to Dr. Du, she is an RA doctor. Dr. Du and her nurse both took my blood pressure and told me that it was normal, 4 times. I explained to them that I have been taken it all day because I did not feel well and thought it might be due to my BP. Everytime I took it on an electronic machine, it was high. Dr. Du and her nurse took it 4 times and could not get it right, they told me 118/60, 128/80, 130/80 and 123/76. I ended up going to the ER downstairs and they took it 10 mins after me leaving Dr. Du's office and it was 167/140. I almost went home because they told me it was normal, 4 times. I either think they didn't know what they were doing, the cup was broken (it kept slipping down) or the machine itself is broken because Dr. Du kept having to do it like 6 times before she could give me any numbers. She even changed the cup. I am never in my life going back to see Dr. Du for any pain I am in. So now I am looking for a new primary and an RA doctor. I am so tired of the cumbersome process in the internal doctor's practice. The ER was a great experience, but why should I have to go to the ER, when I just left Dr. Du and she sent me home. This may be a confusing review but I am so fed up. I would say, just don't go there for anything, even if you feel like you are dying. Based upon how things are outlined at this place, chances are...well you all can finish the rest.
FYI: After being seen by a REAL DOCTOR in a totally different HOSPITAL .. IT WAS FOUND TO BE AN ALLERGIC REACTION THAT CAUSED INFLAMTION & NOT A MENTAL ISSUE AS YOU GUYS TRIED TO DIAGNOSED
This is the worst hospital ever. My husband went in for a sore throat and almost ended up in THE NUT HOUSE!!! How do you ask general questions that are realistic to 70% of people according to proven studies. Please be advised CHRISTIAN NORTHWEST HOSPITAL 1225 Gram Rd. Florissant Mo. 63031 has unethical staff members that will try to label you falsely when they get upset. I will not allow you to get away with what you are trying to throw labels on my Husband. I have researched your hospital and because of your previous misdiagnoses on another patient, he ended up killed someone at the FAULTS OF YOU. YOU CAN NOT TALK TO SOMEONE IN A LESS THAN 5 MINUTE HOSPITAL INTAKE INTERVIEW AND GET PISSED OFF BECAUSE YOU ASK QUESTIONS AND DIDN'T LIKE HOW YOU WERE GIVEN RESPONSES. THEN YOU PURPOSLY EXAGGERATE THEIR RESPONSE TO SATISFY YOUR OWN HATEFUL AGENDA. THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF MY EXPOSING YOUR HOSPITAL FOR WHAT IT TRULY IS & I'm definitely coming for every last one of you that held my Husband against his will for over 12hrs only issues we have is your hospital, staff and all the falsified lies writing to cause all this.
