Worst insurance company ever!!! I'm writing reviews ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE I can because no one should have to go through what I went through with this company!!! I'm using all social media as well! Get a lawyer if you have to deal with them!
Tony is the worse, inefficient non-customer service oriented agent I've had to conduct business with. My issue begins with an error on their behalf which was not taken care of. Once I notified him of this, he resisted to hear my concern, told me there was nothing he can do and ultimately I was double charged with no reimbursement or sympathy. And he also would not give me his Superior's information! I DO NOT RECOMMEND .
People were polite, but for the service I needed which I thought was really simple. The wait was a little lengthy.
