HORRIBLE SERVICE in management! Was grabbing a couple things tonight which included 2 salads off the salad bar, some catfish nuggets a pepper and a cpl other small items. Went thru the checkout and my total came to $71. Seemed a little expensive so I reviewed my receipt and realized that I was over charged for all of the weighed items because the cashiers scale wasn't zeroed out. He tried to fix it but couldn't figure it out so he went and got Amy, a manager. She never even acknowledged me or apologized for the inconvenience. We told her what the problem was and how the scale wasn't working properly and she continued to re-weigh my items on that same scale. Once she finally figured out the difference on what she owed me went to the courtesy counter and she refunded the amounts. She sits the receipt for me to sign way far from me on the counter and says nothing. I review it and see that something is still a little too high so I tell her I don't want it. Especially after the service I'm receiving. She takes the receipt back with an attitude, does the return and sits my cash wayyyyyy far away on the counter. I kindly gave her a few words because she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I won't be back thanks to Amy.
HORRIBLE.!!! I've never been treated this bad ever.!!!!!!! My mother goes in to pick up my son's prescription because last week the pharmacy told me it'll be ready today and I'm at work...so she gets there and the pharmacist says give her the incorrect insurance information on my son saying basically its expired. So while she is there I call the pharmacy and I'm connected to the call center for the pharmacy she's tell me the same thing so while I have her on the phone I call the insurance, while on hold with the insurance company I give the call center another health insurance my son is covered under so she tells me oh your insurance doesn't cover this medicine....so I hang up with her, contact the insurance they CLAIM expired and the company is telling me no ma'am your son's insurance is still active.....IM MAD.!! My mother couldn't wait through this ordeal because they were on their way out of town..I call the pharmacy back and all of a sudden OH ITS READY NOW..:(.!!!!! MY SON ALREADY LEFT TO GO OUT OF TOWN.!!!!!!!! HE NEEDED HIS OINTMENT FOR HIS ECZEMA.SO I ASK TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND HE IS A COMPLETE DOUCHE BAG..STARTS TALKING OVER ME AS SOON AS HE GETS ON THE PHONE...IS NOT SYMPATHETIC AT ALL.!! BLOWS MY MIND WIDED OPEN..IM 8 MONTHS PREGNANT YOU CAN GUESS THE EMOTIONS IM FEELING AT THIS POINT I BURST INTO TEARS IM SO MAD...HE THEN SAYS WELL ITS READY FOR PICK UP....GOODBYE SIR I CAN'T DEAL.
