Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, however, communication with issues to patients could improve.
I hate to say it, but Pharmacy service is the worst ever. In 4 years I never missed one day of my Tamoxifen dose for my cancer until coming to Schnucks because of our insurance. I have missed 6 doses in 6 months because the Pharmacy did not have it in stock. I'm on automatic reorder!! How do you run out and not know it. Sorry
Fast curteous service. At times some medication must be ordered in so you need to wait a day or two to pick it up. That is fine in some cases but for medication needed the same day it proved to be very inconvenient. Ended up costing me ~200 out of my pharmacy network.
Always out of what you need every month, and trying to log into your account is ridiculous. After bout 6 months into this i found out i was'nt suppose to be paying for my prescriptions and they were charging me anyway. They need to get there head out of there asses....but hey, just sayin.....
