Took pour new chocolate Labrador retriever puppy for her first visit. Entire staff were very outgoing and helpful.

Been gone for about 4 years just returned back to petsmart grooming service the SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES AWESOME WILL BE BACK....
This PetSmart does not take care of their animals. There are multiple pets in store that have ringworm and management does not care that they have this issue. This is something that can easily spread from animal to animal as well as animal to human and they are leaving it untreated. Beyond that they have countless animals left under fed and malnourished. Do not shop at this pet smart as management here is doing nothing to care for the animals they want to sell.
