They will not honor their work. If you sell the car to a family member, (my son), forget it. The transmission failed after 15 months $3200.00. My opinion, I don't care if you sell the car to a complete stranger, when the transmission fails, it fails. Whatever happen to standing behind your work? I was told it wasn't the transmission, took it to many other shops where I was told it was. Ended up replacing with another transmission at another shop.

!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Came for a diagnosis and service and ending up preventing severe transmission failure based on another shops recommendation. They were straightforward and honest with me about the best way to do it, I look forward to bringing my vehicles here.

First off I brought my 2004 Pontiac Grand Am into them about 8 months ago to get a rebuilt transmission put into it. They charged somewhere near $1700 for it with a 30 day junk yard guarantee. So right off the bat the first week I heard a popping noise when ever my car would warm up. This went on for 2 weeks and I brought it into them they then claimed that it was my brake calipers locked up. So like a idiot I didn't get a second opinion I went ahead and fixed the break calipers. Still heard the popping noise when ever my transmission would shift gears. So I bring it back into them saying I fixed my calipers it's still making the noise can you look at it again. They then claim it was something else. So I immediately took it to Danmark which is located literally behind them and had them look at it and they said exactly this "Yea it's the compression in your transmission. We ran the our computer and the code popped right up. Anyone that works on cars could tell that". So the next day we take it back to Acurate Transmission and told them exactly what Danmark told us, then the guy at Acurate then told us well their is nothing we can do your 30 day junk yard guarantee is over. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Sorry for the long review but I would never go here in my again in my entire life. Go to Danamrk which is right behind them and ask them where you should go for transmission work. And Danmark also does fantastic work and they are very honest.

Just went there 3 weeks ago I waited to see if had any problem. None yet had an cv boot replace both side . Save me money which same price for one side I was qouted by another shop. And the guys are nice , had a real conversation learn their part of florissant history been there a long time .Couldnt possibly be for terrible service. Great job I will back.

Failed to find issue after i told them what it could be. I paid $90 to get diagnostic ran and they said it came up clean. I then took it to Danmark tire right behind them and they told me my speed sensor was out and they fixed it. I wouldn't recommend this place when there is a far better car repair facility right behind them.
