I talked to a man by the name of Garette on 11/2017 regarding my vehicle and he told me that if that was not the issue with my car I would be able to get a refund of what Ive paid. Now that its not the issue he does not know and I have to Waite for the owner of the repair shop to give me a call back which is Steve Jr or Sr Ronsicks and he and is not able to talk. To be honest I would not recommend anyone to them and they have been there for a long time and I see why. If your mom, grandmother, aunt goes there stop them!!!! because they are getting over on our community!!!!!! let's close them down!!!!!! they are wrong!!!!! with my situation I will contact the BBB and the attorney general of St. Louis Missouri regarding this!!!!!! AND I WON'T STOP UNTIL I GET SATISFACTION OR MY MONEY BACK!!!! I RECORDED EVERY CALL when the owner contacts me then I will let you all know how this situation was handled. REALLY THERE ARE NO STARS I JUST HAD TO PUT A STAR TO POST
We lived right behind this shop for many years and I considered them to be a fair shop. The customer service was decent and they were usually able to accommodate a schedule that worked.
