Had my car towed in for a diagnostic. Said he'd have it done today and would call me back with the results. Called 18 times from 3 pm til after they closed. Never got an answer or call back.
Workmanship wasn't what we had expected... once the vehicle
I am a native Saint Louisian, living in GA, had car trouble. Sep 25, 2017, dropped my car off and charged $97.00 for a scan and we can't fix it. They took the passasger side pins and bolt from my engine compartment without replacing them. When I returned to GA, realized they were missing, I called to have them returned. Four more calls later, I'm told they would be in the mail to me and would be notified. Today, they won't take my calls. Clear violation of public trust.
