Waiter took forever. She kept talking to other waiters. Barely came to check on us. After we at dinner, we sat waiting for our check. Only to look over and see she's talking again. Had to send a dish back i found an old fry in my sirloin wonton stir fry. I didn't even tip. Usually I'm a great tipper. Never going back.
Great dinner. We had the 2 for $20 Bourbon chicken and shrimp. It was great. Great service as usual.
By far worst customer service. Apple bees you need to manage your employers to be more respectful and ALOT LESS LAZY. I called for a pickup at 11:40, they close at 12. They answer and put me on hold, some other guy comes to the phone and says hey then hangs up in my face. I even mentioned I know you guys close in 20 minutes but I'd like to put in an order of mashed potatoes please. Let me remind you that I have been in customer service for 5 years. I over exceeded the limit of being polite. Your employers are working just for the money and since that is the case, your customers will not be returning back. Or is it that the company makes so much money as it is, that quality service is too much to ask for? Keep it up Applebee's big round of applause
The menu rotates some items so there are frequently new things to try. The servers are almost always really polite and attentive. Tables are usually cleaned and well stocked before we are seated. I love the photos and decor that feature the local neighborhood! Most groups I have been there with have had a good time and go back.
Horrible service. I can’t speak for all the servers but Tori was the worst. She took forever to come to take our order, never brought drinks or appetizer after 30 minutes of waiting. Finally, we just left. No manager anywhere around to complain. Save your money, go elsewhere!
