They are always either closed for maintenance (more often than not...employees are just lazy probably) and you can expect to wait at least 10 minutes at the takeout area before they help you. I was straight up ignored at the takeout. It's like they don't want money. It's a shame.
Food was okay, but with all the canadians running the place the service was absolutely terrible. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for our food and there's no refills for our drinks...1.79 for a cup of ice! You also had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you were standing in the window to order. Not to mention all the orders that they messed up in the drive thru while we were sitting there eating. I would give this place 0 stars! Very unprofessional staff, just everything about this place sucks. Do not recommend anyone to go here.
I will not go to this one again. The food may be fantastic, but I would have to actually get some to be able to comment on that.

The food usually tastes good when I go but don't go when they're busy and don't expect good service.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you anything about the food. This place either has a serious manpower or a procedure issue. A 20 minute wait at the walk up window is too long for me to wait to order a meal. I was the only person standing out there, all I got from an employee was the "wait" gesture.
Line was very long.. They are always understaffed. The left drive thru lane isn't even used. I went up to it and the auto voice spoke, but no real person ever asked for my order or even replied when I said "hello?" multiple times. Why have the left lane?
I decided to leave and not even order. I called later to talk to someone and no one even answered the phone.
They have great food. However I waited in the drive through 30 minutes. I finally backed out of line, parked and went to the window for my order. They then said, "Oh . I thought you left.. Here's your order". I told them I did not want cold good. They said it wasn't. It was. I made them make it fresh. Ridiculous!!!
