Bought a battery for my hp lab top. Gentleman at the register was professional but the battery will not last more than 2 hours. It's best that you order from the computer's manufacturers website. I did the whole let the battery die and overcharge it as instructed. But It does no good.
A very unpleasant visit, when I came into the store there were workers talking among themselves as I entered into the door a few of the workers flee to the back as if they didn't want to assists me. It remanded down to two customers one was working with another customer and the other worker was not friendly nor helpful at all, for I was looking for an HP laptop battery there which Best Buy recommended me to go get one for a lower price and they guy told me that they don't sell that specific model and the way he spoke to me seem as he was pushing me away and didn't want me in his present. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience ever! I rate this as a 0.
