Terrible customer service! Worker in copy dept was rude & arrogade. Lacked skills & knowledge. Instead of being honest she held my project up for hours. Manager attempted to complete it and could not. By the time I realized what was going on it was too late. Left after store hours without even an apology from either of them. Will never go to that location again.
Its ok sometimes the full service desk only had one staff member and the is a bit long. They are helpful and the clerance section has some good bargains
The team there is very helpful and knowledgeable. Be patient and they will help you accomplish whatever you need.
