I always get BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce, and sometimes there's enough sauce and sometimes there isn't. I never know if I should choose "Extra Sauce" when ordering online because Idk who's making it and how it'll come out. The food should be consistent, not from one extreme to the other....but I still give em 4 stars :-)
On the occasions in the past when we've managed to get a hold of the store, the employees have been, uh... Less than helpful. I've been hung up on, insulted, cursed at, etc. Had to get the store owner involved in one case.
Always fast! I love the convenience & rewards with ordering online. I normally LOVE their pizza, but the last couple times they've left the olive oil & yummy sprinkles off of my crust. When I went to reheat my leftovers, the crust was very dry because it hadn't been brushed with the oil. Idk if they forget when they get busy, but once there was so much oil that I had to be careful where I set the pizza box because it had seeped through and was getting everywhere.
On attempting to call the store to find out what's going on with our order, we are lucky to actually get through to a living person, instead being instantly placed on hold without ever having our call answered. Tried calling for twenty minutes tonight after the driver never showed up -- no luck.
We've lived here for two years, and have had constant issues with this location. Delivery times are routinely 80+ minutes, and on several occasions the driver has simply never showed up.
The employees are great, deliveries are punctual, and am happy that there is such passion for their job. Thank you Florissant Dominos team, I know delivering can suck, thanks for making it great!
Staff is friendly and helpful. Pizza is delicious and always done quickly. Love it!
Sometimes we get amazing pizza from here and other times it's just ok. I guess it depends on who's working. We ordered tonight and got one of our pizzas with extra cheese. There was barely enough cheese to cover the pizza. You could see the sauce everywhere since there was hardly any cheese. Our family's cheese pizza fan was definitely disappointed.
Two years, dozens of deliveries, no good experiences with this location. The only reason this location is still in business is because there's not much competition -- the only other pizza delivery joint is Imo's. Either way, I think I've failed to get my last order from this place. Just going to order from Imo's from now on, or even make the drive to the Pizza Hut out on Lindbergh.
