The food is great! But the customer service isn't as much. For the most part they are nice but talk entirely too much while preparing your food. They hire young workers but need to teach them about time etiquette and customers do have other places to be.
Great sandwiches, good prices. Would give 5 stars but the tables are always sticky.
The opening manager with blonde hair took our order after she took a large phone order. SHE RUSHED AND MESSED UP OUR ORDER. She put no onions or peppers on it and said they were there, so i went through the sandwich and there was NOT 1. Then i just asked for them on the side and she gave me a cold sandwich bag of peppers and onions. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE...
I think I rated this location before but it deserves another. They greet you in a friendly manner and Tim , the person who waited on me, was very attentive after the purchase. He treated me like a long time customer as he did with everyone. Great friendly service. Don't get the spicy meatball unless you have a lot of water on hand. Too spicy for me.
OMG. Either I was hungry or the young lady that prepared my sandwich has magical hands. When I bit into the second half of my sandwich I almost cried it was so good. It was just the right amount of sloppy yet crispy. I will definitely be back. However I wish they had avocado and spinach then they would have subway beat!!! Service was average.
