Just don't go here. Everyone needs to boycott this establishment. I have seen some REALLY bad customer service in the past but these guys take the cake!. The store manager and their drivers are disgraceful and nasty individuals!
After multiple attempts at giving this store a chance at getting it right (because we enjoy the Papa Johns style of pizza), the way my family was treated this last go around made the decision to put the nail in the coffin for these guys a very easy one. We will NEVER order from this establishment EVER again and quite frankly, I really hope that others will see this and turn away. For your own good (of the customer base), DON'T GO HERE!!
Our family loves pizza and I myself am a pizza connoisseur so I have experienced my fair share of pizza establishments and service from all over St. Louis. I have to say without a doubt that this Papa Johns Pizza (12735 New Halls Ferry Rd Florissant, MO 63033) is by far the worst I have ever seen in my life!

I went there for an medium one topping I added an extra topping they charge me 1.35 for toppings one topping. I got the pizza all I can say is what the hell was I looking at it was pepperoni only 4 of them on there I got peppers for the extra topping only 2 on there I was pissed i payed for cheese really cheese .
Their delivery time is consistently over an hour. We usually give the benefit of the doubt but when our wait time exceeded an hour and a half for our most recent order, my wife called in since our wait time stated 30 minutes upon ordering, paying and providing tip in advance. My wife is the sweetest person on the face of this earth and when she asked for a status, they yelled at her saying "WE RISK OUR LIVES TO DELIVER YOU FOOD, DEAL WITH IT, click". I then called and told them they had no right to talk to my wife like that and the store manager called ME, yes, ME, "Disrespectful". I asked for a refund, they wouldn't provide one if our food order was correct. So I said no it's not correct, it arrived cold. The only offering was, "we'll deliver you another pizza but we won't refund you the money".
I ordered my pizza online at 12:36 why the hell are they coming anthore hour! After I get my pizza never coming back to this LOCATION!! THATS RIDICULOUS !!!!
Poor, rude customer service, and management (if you can call it that), employees smoke at the counter around the food! Is that ok by health department standards? How is that sanitary?! Do they even wash their hands when preparing food?
Employee was stoned out his mind while nonchalantly SMOKING behind the counter and casually placing his BONG on the counter while taking customer orders. When asking to speak with a manager he claimed he was the manager, which I learned was a lie.
