Employees where very nice. Good not. Why has it changed? Never again! I'll go to vaile from now on.
I ordered Imo's Pizza from this location on 11-12-17 online. Immediately after placing the order they called me on my cell and told me it would be an hour wait. No reason why just an hour later. I should have known that was a clue to just cancel the order. How would I get my money back though?
I went forward with the order, an hour and fifteen later, driver comes tipped the driver $5. This pizza was barely warm, the soda was warm and flat, not a bubble in sight. My toasted ravioli was the only thing right. This took place at my friends house and she lives only 5-10 mins away from the location. So she calls up because she's very upset. They inform her that they'd only be able to credit me for the soda. Worst customer interaction ever, I've never had a bad interaction with Imo's. This place is the worst, do not buy from this location.
Horrible service... Burnt pizza and wings with sauce thrown on top of wings instead of being tossed. To add insult to injury my daughter had a metal piece of a scrub pad on top of her pizza.How in the hell did that get there?Customer service and food quality has gone down extremely over the past 2 years. Don't waste you money at this location. Go to the Imos on Washington and Dunn road... Please
I ordered extra cheese on my pizza from Imos. The pizza barley had any cheese, and it was not cut. The guy at the register stated" The price of food has gone up and we have to count calories." I guess that equals the quality of food has to go down also. I do not know what is going on at this location but I will not be back. I paid for extra cheese and that is what I expect.
Do not eat here... Rude and unprofessional Employees, long wait times, sketchy environment outside due to bar next door @ night... Nets and flies landing at random with no windows between protect food being prepared...
