Young woman taking the orders was completely incompetent. My order was failed miserably. Wrong food altogether. Was given a broken cup with unattached lid. Overcharged, and entire process took 15-20 minutes. Never returning here.
Food quality is incinsistant. Wait takes forever. Employees aren't well trained and the business suffers because of it.
The girl that brought us our food was very very much awesome... They were busy. There was bout 5 people on the inside cuttin up and laugh in, not including her. But no one was helping her with bringing the food out...if they had help it would have gotten more
This sonic use to be good until these kids were given a job. Sat in line for 35 mins and my order was wrong. The business will fail because of it. And I seen a guy rubbing his nose giving out the orders. Rip to this location. BBB will be notified.
These lying bastard had the nerve to say they close at 10 when I wanted was some onion rings. Im pissed when clear as day the website say it close at 11.
