I will never purchase or recommend anybody to buy a car from this company. I purchased a Mercedes from them . The next day I noticed a noise coming from the frame then I came back then told them so they send me to their contracted shop who told me that it’s not a big deal -it just need greased . So he did . A week later the noise came back so he redid the same thing . After that I took the car and paid Mercedes Plaza to check and they told me it a lower control arm issue. So when I came this guy who sold me the vehicle brought out his boss because he heard the noise but he couldn’t do anything about . So the boss (who is a rude short bald head guy-forgot his name) drove the vehicle then told me no to worry because Mercedes plaza don’t know what they are talking about they just want me to spend my money. So he took it to their shop again thrown greased it instead of fixing the actual problem which the control arm . Then he seaid ,see you don’t hear anything. I drove another 2 weeks then the squicky noise came back so I returned then he told me that the warranty was for only 30 days. LONG STORY SHORT DO NOT BUY OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. And I’ve also contacted the better business bureau and I m stuck with a vehicle that make a loud noise now way worse from the day I got it.BEWARE OF GMT AUTO-
Selection of cars is good. They really try to help you with your financial situation. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way, was being contacted by the rep via text message. I did not respond and I continued to receive text messages. It was just a little pushy.
