Great service from test drive to the financing. They make it seamless
Very unpleasant experience. A sales person named Tom was a major jerk. When we pointed out that we noticed some damage on the front windshield and if it was because of an accident, he seemed to get agitated and pulled some reports and very rudely said "well it shows there was nothing, but i am sure you know better". We all know that accident reports will only show if its reported to the insurance and if you fix it yourself it will not be there. When we asked what is the best deal he can offer he left us without saying anything and came back with his manager who was just as rude if not more. As soon as we introduced ourselves he said thanks for coming but that's our best deal! He didn't ask us anything else or give us a chance to say anything. We were just baffled and left. The whole experience was terrible. If you want to get disrespected and treated like dirt this is the place to go. They might have also treated us like this because we are foreigners.
We've purchased two cars from the folks at Hertz and have been happy with the service we've received both times. The cars have been great, too. Our salesperson Marshawn took good care of us.
Emailed them asking about a vehicle and when I arrived at the lot the vehicle was not there. Was told it was at another facility getting a new front grill put on. This would have been valuable information to convey to me via the emails before I drove all the way from Wentzville. Very small lot and very small office area...no privacy.
Worst experience ever. I want to buy a car there but nobody introduce me anything. The sales is Aggressive, Rude, Impolite, Unprofessional, and Cheating. He just want to grab money from my pocket. I Feel So Disrespect. Never recommend the sales to anyone.
