I purchased my car from here approximately a year-and-a-half ago and bring it back for any routine maintenance to their service department. They have convenient online scheduling, shuttle service, and their staff is absolutely amazing. So far I have never felt any pressure put on me trying to upsell me or perform any maintenance that's not required.
Nathan Wilson was an excellent representative for the Kia Dealership. He was very helpful, answered all our questions, and was very professional. Because we lived so far from the dealership he even offered to ship the title paperwork and the owners manual to us, instead of having us come 2.5 hours to pick it up. Assistant sales Manager and Consultant, Chuck Lawless, who sold up the vehicle was the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. Professional, honest, not pushy, and was genuinely looking out for our best interest in the purchase of our vehicle. I will definitely be doing business with Paul Cerame Automotive Group in the future. I'm really enjoying driving my 'new to me' 2015 Chevy Equinox. Thanks guys, you're the greatest.
This was my second time purchasing a car from Paul Cereme the first time was good but this time was the worst experience ever that left me disappointed, unhappy and very upset. If I could rate no stars I would.. People who are reading this.. Please make sure all of your documents are processed and finalize before you drive off the lot ..mines wasn't and these people let me drive off thinking I really had my car which was a brand new 2017 Kia Forte a week and a half later I had to turn in my car because the bank denied me due to BS reasons which I know I should still have that car. But on a Good note, they refunded me my down payment back and I had a nice time driving the car being able to take my kids places, no more uber or bus etc etc .. But now I'm back at square one and currently looking for my next car I will not be returning there for nothing except the rest of my refund they still owe

If my salesperson were still working there I would be having a face to face. I was sold a used car as a new car. Still had someone's title paperwork in glove box. That was the beginning.. now went to change a tire to find no spare or Jack in my trunk. Since I've had my car for 10 months I'm sure there's nothing they are willong to do about this. Lots of dishonesty and wouldn't purchase from there again!
I worked with Danny who is an out-of-town sales person and my experience was very detail for detail different different from everyone else's. I went with the 2014 Kia Sportage and 2014 Ford Escape. I really enjoyed both cars there nice and spacious and the discount on really help me they are going to put down a cash offer.
