Would give zero stars if it was an option. Have not had a single positive or quality experience with Paul Cerame - during the car purchasing process, or with the servicing center after.
Waited over two hours for a simple scheduled oil change this is ridiculous. Will not be coming back! I've been a customer here for years never bought a car here but had services done to many of my Ford And Lincoln car's spent thousands of dollars on car services, they should of given me that oil change for free out of courtesy. I've seen this place go down hill for the past two years and tried to give it another chance but this was it.You just lost a loyal customer today. I definitely will not be coming back!
They only reason I continued to go back there, was for free oil changes/other basic services covered under my warranty. I still have about 15k miles left under warranty and would rather pay at other establishments then go back. My vehicle gives a "change oil" message when there is 10% of oil left. Ive gone roughly 3k miles since my last oil change at Ford (car was at 82K) and the message to change oil is on. This was after they told me I didn't need to come in for another oil change until 91K miles. Obviously just trying to avoid doing services for free. It was a struggle for them to get new window wipers put on, even though that is covered under warranty. And after going to my trusted car shop Sparks Tire and Auto, to find out my air filter was completely blocked (again covered under warranty) I will NEVER go back to Paul Cerame.
Great service department. They recommended appropriate service for my Taurus and did not perform any unnecessary work. Most importantly, at 118,000 miles my car is running very well.
This is my second purchase from Paul Cerame and Kim Billups who has got to be the best sales person ever. I'm now in my used/new car and loving it. My grand-son loves the look, the color and the fact that I can answer the phone through the radio. The car rides smoothly and quietly. My overall experience was great and an easy process.
Was not given the time of day when I was in the shop buying a Ford Edge, even after telling them what time I would be in, and to bring my down payment in. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle it hadn't been cleaned, even though they said it had been. They also told me the vehicle had current safety and emission inspections - which turned out to be expired. Told me to come in on the weekend to get new safety and emissions test and get the car cleaned. After waiting 2 hours, they still hadn't cleaned the car and told me they would be unable to do so that day and to come back. I was fed up at this point and cleaned it myself.
Cerame Ford serviced my car and it was ready at the time promised. The staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They always give me pointers to keep my car in good shape and save on maintenance expenses.
